What floors do you coat?
Concrete floors only: residential garages and shops, metal building floors, and commercial spaces like warehouses, retail spaces, and offices. Floor coatings are the only thing we do.
What system do you install?
A hybrid flake system over diamond-ground concrete: an epoxy base coat, a broadcast of decorative flake, and a polyaspartic topcoat. We also offer metallic 3D epoxy systems where that look fits the space.
Why do you grind the concrete first?
Diamond grinding removes the weak top layer and contaminants and opens the surface so the coating can bond. We also repair cracks and joints as part of the job when the slab needs it.
How do you price a job?
By the size of the floor and its condition — new or light wear, moderate wear, heavy wear, or an old coating that has to come off. We look at the slab (or photos plus a site visit) before we quote, so you can see what your floor needs and why.

How long does a typical garage floor take?
Most standard garage flake jobs are planned as a short multi-step install over about one to two days, depending on slab condition, weather, and the system we choose after we see the floor. We'll give you a clear schedule before we start.
Can I pick flake colors?
Yes. We use decorative flake blends — you'll choose from the color options we show you (see our flake and metallic color charts and metallic technique examples, and as we build them, our own sample boards and finished-job photos). Bring preferences; we'll help match the look to your space.
Do you coat patios and outdoor slabs?
Yes, when the slab and conditions are a fit. Outdoor work needs the right UV- and slip-aware system after we see the concrete. Ask us about your patio or outdoor slab when you request a quote.
Do you work on shops and metal buildings?
Yes. The same flake system approach applies to shops, barns, and metal building floors, with diamond-grind prep and crack/joint repair as needed.
What if my floor already has an old coating?
We can often grind off a failing coating and recoat. We'll inspect adhesion and condition first and quote that work as its own scope when needed.

Do I need to empty the garage before you start?
Yes. You are responsible for moving your belongings. The garage must be completely empty before we arrive — everything off the floor surface, plus anything low on the walls that would be in the way of grinding and coating (for example shelves, racks, wall hooks, and similar). We coat floors; we do not move furniture, storage, or wall units. If the space is not empty, we may have to reschedule.
What warranty do you offer?
We put warranty details in writing with your quote and contract so you know exactly what is covered before you sign. We do not advertise vague "lifetime" promises on the website. Ask us when you request a quote and we will walk you through the terms for your job.
